BY PLANE:
El Prat airport is 16km from the city centre (30 min approx.).
Please note that Easyjet and Ryanair operate regular flights to Barcelona from numerous European cities.
A regular shuttle bus
Aeorobús (A1 and A2) runs every 10minutes, from 6:00 am to 1:00 am, from the airport to the city centre via the Plaça d'Espanya which is very close to the congress centre (see map).
Tickets can be bought on the bus (approximately 5,30 € single).

BY TRAIN:
The main Spanish and foreign station is Estació de Sants, in particular this is where trains from Montpellier arrive.
The station is close to the congress centre: 2 subways stations on the green line n° 3 (see map).
High speed trains connect Barcelona to Madrid (2:38h) and Saragossa (1:29h).
BY ROAD:
Barcelona is only 640 km from Bordeaux or Lyon.
The French motorway network connects with the AP-7, N-11 and C32 Barcelonamotorway. The city centre can be accessed either by ring-roads ("rondas") or by the Avenue Meridiana to the centre.
For the rest of Spain, enter the city on the AP-2motorway, and then take the Avenue Diagonal.
A paying car park is available opposite the congress centre.
The TMB network is very dense: bus, tram, and subway.
The subway is very easy to use and has 8 lines; these are identified by specific colours and numbers.
Open from 5 a.m. to midnight (2a.m. on Fridays and 5 a.m. on Saturdays).
The congress centre is located in Montjuïc, between the foot of the
Montjuïc hill and the Plaça d'Espanya, just a few minutes from the
Espanya train station
on green line n° 3 which also passes through tourist centres, and on red line n° 1 (see map).
